It’s the most wonderful time…

My kids asked me the other day what my absolute favorite holiday was…. duh, no brainer… CHRISTMAS!! From the decorations and warm fires, the hymns and the wonder of snow and Santa. It’s all just what I need at the end of the year. We hear so much sadness and anger from news outlets, so a little Baby Jesus birthday action is just what my soul needs come December!

Every season I tell myself I’m not doing Christmas minis with all the set ups, shopping and detailing it requires. Not to mention coordinating 20ish families! BUT then it comes back around and I think, “how could I not!?”. Getting to see my families in their Christmas gear and the kids getting excited about the season. It brings so much joy, and I end up loving it all over again.

This year I was lucky enough to find this amazing vintage truck. I was at the HEB doing my regular shopping and BAM! There it was with the owner outside of it. I ran up to him asking if I could rent it, and he was kind enough to offer it to me!! Did I mention I love my little town?!! People helping people…. What it’s all about, y’all
